Job Description

As a Military Officer Special and Tactical Operations Leader, you will be at the forefront of tactical air operations, providing essential support and ensuring seamless coordination between air and ground forces. Your expertise will guide our mission strategies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tactical air support for military operations.
• Analyze intelligence reports to inform operational decisions.
• Manage mission resources and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
• Participate in joint operations and exercises with allied forces.
• Develop and test training programs for air operations personnel.
• Utilize advanced aviation software to optimize mission planning.
• Lead and mentor junior officers in tactical decision-making.
• Create comprehensive reports on mission outcomes and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in tactical air support operations.

Technical Skills

• Radar and Navigation Equipment

Soft Skills

• Ability to work well under pressure
• Flexibility and adaptability

Certifications

• Secret Security Clearance or higher

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with joint operations: Familiarity with joint operations between military branches.
• Experience with air-to-ground live-fire exercises: Direct involvement in planning and executing live-fire exercises.
