This role exists to assist in the meticulous analysis and reporting of cost data, pivotal for accurate decision-making and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

• Gather and track cost data from multiple sources.
• Analyze costs relative to budget and forecast trends.
• Keep detailed and organized cost accounting files.
• Help prepare financial documentation for stakeholders.
• Assist in managing vendor contracts and costs.
• Identify discrepancies and propose solutions.
• Support the financial reporting processes.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to team meetings with insights from cost data.
• Prepare presentations on financial findings for management review.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Certifications like CMA or CPA are advantageous

Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in cost accounting or a similar field
