Job Description

As a Multiple Drum Sander Helper, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Drum Sander Operator in setting up and managing multiple drum sanding machines. You will ensure that materials are prepped and that machines run smoothly to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Support drum sander operations by preparing materials.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report issues.
• Engage with team members to optimize workflow.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues.
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies.
• Familiarize yourself with various types of wood and sanding requirements.
• Participate in safety training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Understanding of safety procedures and practices

Technical Skills

• Good hand-eye coordination
• Basic troubleshooting abilities
