Job Description

We are on the lookout for detail-oriented Aircraft Structure, Surfaces, Rigging, and Systems Assemblers to bring their expertise to our innovative environment. Responsibilities will include the assembly, installation, and inspections of aircraft structures.

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and modify aircraft structure and surface materials.
  • Ensure that assembly aligns with FAA regulations and company quality standards.
  • Perform dimensional and visual inspections on completed assemblies.
  • Utilize various tools like cutting, grinding, and welding equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other assemblers to troubleshoot assembly issues.
  • Document assembly processes and report discrepancies as necessary.
  • Assist in training new hires on assembly techniques and safety practices.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance assembly productivity.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
  • Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in skin installation or a related field
Technical Skills
