Job Description

As an Automotive Service Technician, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle issues. Your expertise will ensure that our customers receive top-notch service, keeping their vehicles in optimal condition.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify wear and tear.
• Provide estimates for repair costs and timelines to customers.
• Use power tools and diagnostic machinery safely and effectively.
• Assist customers in understanding repairs and services.
• Promote a customer-first attitude in all interactions.
• Maintain inventory of tools and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in automotive service or repair

Certifications

• Honda Certification
• Toyota Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• ASE Master Technician certification: Possession of the ASE Master Technician certification is preferred.
• Experience with customer service training: Prior experience in customer service training for a better client interaction experience.
