Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Recreation Facility Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our recreational facility. The successful candidate will ensure the facility provides a safe and enjoyable environment while managing staff and resources effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic management of the recreation facility.
  • Enhance visitor engagement through innovative programming.
  • Manage day-to-day operations ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Establish a culture of safety and inclusivity within the facility.
  • Prepare financial reports and maintain transparency in budgeting.
  • Work with community partners for event programming.
  • Provide leadership and support in staff training and development.
  • Gather and analyze visitor data to drive decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Plan and execute community events to promote facility usage.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management or a related field
  • Certifications in Facility Management are advantageous
Experience
  • 5 years of experience managing recreation facilities or related roles
