As a Recreation Coordinator, you will develop and implement creative recreational programs that cater to diverse age groups. Responsibilities

• Create engaging recreational activities that promote teamwork and social interaction.
• Schedule and oversee the use of community recreational centers and equipment.
• Work with local organizations to enhance program offerings.
• Ensure that facilities are safe and properly equipped for activities.
• Lead community outreach efforts to increase engagement in recreation programs.
• Maintain records of participation and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of promotional materials for community events.
• Provide excellent customer service to participants and their families.

Requirements

Education

• Master's Degree in Recreation Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in recreational program design and management

Certifications

• Certified Recreation and Parks Professional (CRPP)
