As a Recreation Coordinator, you will develop and implement creative recreational programs that cater to diverse age groups. Your role will involve scheduling activities, training volunteers, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities

  • Create engaging recreational activities that promote teamwork and social interaction.
  • Schedule and oversee the use of community recreational centers and equipment.
  • Work with local organizations to enhance program offerings.
  • Ensure that facilities are safe and properly equipped for activities.
  • Lead community outreach efforts to increase engagement in recreation programs.
  • Maintain records of participation and prepare reports for stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of promotional materials for community events.
  • Provide excellent customer service to participants and their families.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's Degree in Recreation Management or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in recreational program design and management
