Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Shoelace Tipping Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating and maintaining shoelace tipping machines, ensuring quality production and timely output. Responsibilities

• Set up shoelace tipping machines according to specifications.
• Ensure machines produce products that meet quality standards.
• Regularly inspect machines and products for defects.
• Adjust settings to improve production efficiency.
• Work in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Document production activities and adhere to reporting requirements.
• Assist with inventory management of materials.
• Collaborate with team to identify process improvements.
• Conduct routine checks on equipment for maintenance needs.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing role preferred but not mandatory.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with textile machinery: Prior experience operating similar production machinery in the textile industry.
