Job Description

Join Creative Arts Academy as a Music Educator, where you will inspire and educate students through engaging music classes. You’ll develop tailored lesson plans, assess student progress, and facilitate concerts and events.

Responsibilities

• Educate students in music theory, instrument technique, and vocal performance.
• Foster a supportive environment encouraging risk-taking in musical expression.
• Guide students through music history and appreciation.
• Coordinate with regional music competitions and festivals for student participation.
• Develop relationships with music organizations for partnership opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops to develop specific skills such as improvisation or composition.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Music or related discipline
• Master's degree highly preferred

Experience

• Experience in conducting ensembles, choirs, or school bands.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with music technology and software.
• Composition and arrangement skills.

Certifications
