Job Description

As a Disposition Clerk, you will be responsible for managing legal and financial documents connected to property dispositions. Collaborate with attorneys and real estate professionals to ensure seamless processing of documents while maintaining meticulous records.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing disposition documentation effectively.
  • Track deadlines for document submissions and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with audits related to disposition processes.
  • Communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems for easy access to disposition documents.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience will be considered
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in asset management, finance or related field
