Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Inclusion Special Educator who will support students with disabilities by crafting tailored education plans (IEPs) and collaborating with educational staff to foster inclusive practices that promote student success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers to integrate students with disabilities into the mainstream classroom.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support services provided to students.
  • Adjust instructional strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs.
  • Encourage a culture of acceptance and understanding among students and staff.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and interventions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field
  • Master's degree in Special Education is preferred
Experience
  • Experience working with various disability categories, including intellectual and emotional disabilities.
