Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Tourist Cabin Keeper to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our tourist cabins. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, performing regular upkeep, and providing exceptional service to our guests throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough cleaning and maintenance of tourist cabins daily.
• Check and ensure all cabins are ready for new guests.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Respond to guest requests and facilitate their stay.
• Monitor inventory levels and order new supplies when necessary.
• Promote a positive atmosphere and handle customer issues with care.
• Maintain logs for check-in and check-out activities.
• Ensure outdoor areas are maintained and presentable.
• Report any repairs needed in a timely manner.
• Enhance guest experience by providing information about local attractions.

Requirements

Education

• Prior experience in hospitality or related field preferred

Experience

• 2 years of experience in a management role is preferred.
