Job Description

As a Coating Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining enamel coating machines. You will ensure product quality by performing inspections and troubleshooting issues, while also working closely with the production team to meet operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate machines for production runs.
• Conduct regular quality audits and make adjustments as necessary.
• Inspect finished products for conformity to quality standards.
• Document production and maintenance activities thoroughly.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize output.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and operational standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing role, particularly with coating or painting machinery.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of safety procedures
• Machine operation skills

Languages
