Join our team as a Construction Laborer (Rivet Flunky). This role involves assisting in the precise installation and upkeep of rivets across a variety of construction projects. Ideal candidates will have good physical stamina, attention to detail, and an ability to collaborate effectively with others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople with the installation of rivets.
• Prepare and maintain tools used for riveting operations.
• Inspect and measure rivet placement for accuracy.
• Ensure all riveting work is completed to high-quality standards.
• Help maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Assist in lifting and moving materials as required.
• Participate in safety training and follow all safety regulations.
• Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback on work processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in riveting or a related construction field preferred.

Languages

Advantageous
