Job Description

As a Tree and Shrub Technician with Landscaping Solutions LLC, you will oversee the health and maintenance of trees and shrubs. Your expertise will ensure proper care through various practices including pruning, pest control, and fertilization. Collaborating with clients and skilled teams, you'll contribute to creating vibrant landscapes that reflect the beauty of nature.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the health of trees and shrubs in various environments.
• Provide expert advice on tree and shrub care to clients.
• Perform routine maintenance to prevent pest infestations.
• Coordinate with other horticulture specialists for comprehensive solutions.
• Document and report any significant changes in plant health.
• Participate in training for safe pesticide application.
• Manage landscaping projects from inception to execution.
• Create aesthetic enhancements for clients’ landscapes.
• Assist in planting new trees and shrubs according to specifications.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Horticulture or Arboriculture preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in tree and shrub care

Technical Skills

• Pest Identification
• Pruning Techniques
• Fertilizer Application

Soft Skills

• Customer Service
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Pesticide Applicator License
• Arborist Certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
