Job Description

Join our team as a Compliance Officer, responsible for verifying the compliance of incoming and outgoing shipments with weight and measurement standards. You will be pivotal in maintaining records, conducting inspections, and enhancing operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weight and inspection audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
• Collaborate with the operations team to implement best practices.
• Assist in developing training materials for compliance protocols.
• Monitor compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Engage with external auditors during compliance assessments.
• Prepare documentation for regulatory submissions.
• Investigate and report discrepancies in weight measurements.
• Maintain inspection logs and documentation accurately.
• Provide training programs to enhance compliance knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree is preferred but not required

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in logistics or compliance roles
