• Conduct thorough quality inspections of yarrow plants during the harvesting process.
• Ensure that all harvested plants meet company standards for quality and sustainability.
• Maintain records of harvest quantities and locations for reporting.
• Work effectively with other herbalists and botanists to optimize harvesting strategies.
• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and updates on harvesting activities.
• Follow best practices for plant care and maintenance post-harvest.
• Engage with community members to promote sustainable harvesting methods and practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant experience in botany or herbal medicine is preferred
• Knowledge of yarrow species and their characteristics Experience with identifying and gathering various yarrow species.
• Attention to detail Ability to evaluate plant quality accurately and thoroughly.
• Physical stamina Capable of working outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
• Team collaboration skills Experience in working effectively within teams.
• Strong communication skills Able to share information effectively with team members and partners.

• Experience working with medicinal plants: Hands-on experience with various plants used in herbalism.
