Job Description

As a Farmworker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery that tops and tails beets efficiently. We seek candidates with experience in farming or agriculture who can work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace.
• Assist with planting and general farming duties as needed.
• Monitor crop conditions and report any issues immediately.
• Document production activities and report to management.
• Promote sustainable farming practices in daily operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in farming or agriculture is a plus

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in farming, agriculture, or related fields is required.
