Job Description

We are seeking a talented Structural Engineer to join our San Francisco team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing structures to ensure they are safe, stable, and sustainable. Your expertise will contribute to various projects, from residential buildings to commercial infrastructures.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the development and evaluation of new structural concepts.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Mentor junior engineers and interns within the team.
  • Compile and present reports on project progress and findings.
  • Stay updated with advancements in construction materials and methods.
  • Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams to enhance project value.
  • Ensure efficient project delivery within budget constraints.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in structural engineering
