Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Renovator to join our team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in remodeling, repairing, and upgrading both residential and commercial properties. You will be responsible for executing renovation projects that meet safety, aesthetic, and operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assess properties and identify necessary renovation work.
  • Develop and execute project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Train and mentor junior staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Manage budgets and provide updates to clients on project status.
  • Implement sustainable practices in renovation projects when feasible.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to inform improvements in future work.
  • Travel to job sites as required to oversee multiple projects.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree in Construction Management or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-7 years of experience in renovation or construction
