Job Description

We are searching for a skilled Lodging Manager to oversee the daily operations of our rental properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills to ensure tenant satisfaction and compliance with housing regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants and address their concerns promptly.
  • Develop and maintain budgets for property management.
  • Ensure compliance with property management software for tracking and communication.
  • Prepare reports for the management team regarding property status and tenant feedback.
  • Foster an inclusive environment and promote tenant engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Real Estate Management is preferred
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in property management or real estate
