Job Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants and address their concerns promptly.
  • Develop and maintain budgets for property management.
  • Ensure compliance with property management software for tracking and communication.
  • Prepare reports for the management team regarding property status and tenant feedback.
  • Foster an inclusive environment and promote tenant engagement.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • Real estate license in the state of New York is a must
  • Property Management Software Proficient in using property management software like Appfolio or Buildium.
  • Microsoft Excel Skilled in using Excel for financial tracking and reporting.
  • Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with tenants and contractors.
  • Problem-Solving Strong problem-solving skills to manage tenant issues and property challenges.
  • Certified Property Manager (CPM)
  • Real Estate License
  • English (Fluent)
