Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Drywall Contractor to join our team at Construction Dynamics LLC. Your main responsibilities will include installing, repairing, and maintaining drywall in various types of residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail and be able to work effectively with other tradespeople on-site.

Responsibilities

• Cut and install drywall sheets as per project requirements.
• Utilize proper tools for taping, smoothing, and finishing drywall seams.
• Diagnose and repair drywall issues including cracks and holes.
• Work cohesively with other contractors and subcontractors.
• Maintain an organized and safe job site at all times.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure adherence.
• Calculate material needs and assist in purchasing tasks.
• Engage in discussions with clients regarding project specifications.
• Commit to continuous learning and application of drywall skills.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Apprenticeship in drywall or construction trades is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in drywall installation and finishing

Technical Skills

• Drywall finishing
• Repair techniques

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Leadership capabilities

Certifications

• First Aid and CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of modern drywall materials and techniques: Expertise in the latest drywall products and application methods.
