Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled General Contractor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Experience in residential and commercial construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage the construction process to ensure efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Review and approve plans and drawings prior to construction.
  • Implement best practices for sustainability and energy efficiency.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure timely reporting of project status to management.
  • Assist in project close-out procedures and final inspections.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred

  • 7+ years of experience in general contracting and project management
