Job Description

In this vital role, you will be tasked with ensuring the well-being of individuals in various settings. Your duties will involve accompanying clients to events, providing guidance, and monitoring their safety throughout. This position demands a person who can be empathetic and responsive to the needs of clients, including those requiring special care. Your skills in communication and problem-solving will be essential for maintaining effective interactions and ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved.

Responsibilities

  • Escort individuals during leisure activities, ensuring they are engaged and comfortable.
  • Monitor the well-being of clients, reporting any changes to the appropriate authorities.
  • Assist with meal planning and dietary restrictions where necessary.
  • Guide clients through social interactions, aiding in communication and engagement.
  • Conduct safety assessments of venues in advance of events.
  • Provide feedback to management on client experiences and service improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Prior experience as a chaperone, caregiver, or in a similar role is preferred.
Technical Skills
