Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Daycare Director to manage our preschool operations and ensure high-quality care and education for children. The ideal candidate will oversee staff, communicate effectively with parents, and comply with licensing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce policies and guidelines for effective center operations.
• Conduct regular staff training and performance reviews.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety standards.
• Communicate regularly with families regarding children's progress and center activities.
• Oversee the financial management of the daycare operations.
• Collaborate with local educational institutions for program development.
• Create and implement a curriculum that supports children's development.
• Ensure the daycare facility is well-maintained and conducive to learning.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Promote a culture of diversity and inclusivity within the center.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Child Development or relevant field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in childcare administration with at least 2 years in a leadership role
