• Aerobics or fitness certification (e.g., ACE, AFAA)
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology preferred
• Excellent communication skills Strong verbal skills to effectively instruct and motivate clients.
• Interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport with clients and create a supportive environment.
• Leadership abilities Skilled in leading group classes and motivating participants.
• Organizational skills Capable of managing schedules and facilitating classes smoothly.
• CPR and First Aid certification
