Job Description

Join our team as a Forging Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, where you will be responsible for operating and maintaining forging machines to produce high-quality metal components. You will work closely with our engineering and maintenance teams to ensure optimal performance and efficiency in a vibrant manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure machinery is set up for optimal production runs.
• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Analyze production metrics for efficiency improvements.
• Provide suggestions to enhance safety and productivity.
• Document all operational procedures and standards.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new staff.
• Maintain accurate records of tool changes and adjustments.
• Implement company policies regarding quality and safety.
• Actively participate in safety drills and workshops.
• Support continuous training and development initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant technical training or certification preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus

• Machinery operation

Certifications

• Forklift Operation Safety Certification

Languages
