Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dry House Worker to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform various tasks related to drying and storing goods in a dry house environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role and possess excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor drying conditions and adjust equipment as needed.
• Support inventory management by keeping track of goods.
• Assist with training new employees on the drying process.
• Perform quality checks on products exiting the drying area.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to manage product flow.
• Implement improvements to enhance drying efficiency and safety.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss workflow and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.

Technical Skills

• Experience with drying equipment
• Forklift operation

Languages
