Responsibilities

  • Aid therapists in providing hands-on care and support.
  • Help clients with mobility and personal care as needed.
  • Conduct patient assessments under the direction of a therapist.
  • Contribute to the planning of client treatment goals.
  • Actively participate in team discussions regarding patient care.
  • Document client interactions and progress effectively.
  • Stay updated with best practices in therapeutic techniques.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification as a Physical Therapy Aide or similar qualification
Experience
  • Experience in a healthcare or customer service setting is a plus
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of therapeutic techniques
  • Ability to operate basic medical equipment
Soft Skills
  • Team player
  • Strong organizational skills
Certifications
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Therapeutic exercise certification preferred
Languages
  • English: Fluent
