Responsibilities
- Aid therapists in providing hands-on care and support.
- Help clients with mobility and personal care as needed.
- Conduct patient assessments under the direction of a therapist.
- Contribute to the planning of client treatment goals.
- Actively participate in team discussions regarding patient care.
- Document client interactions and progress effectively.
- Stay updated with best practices in therapeutic techniques.
Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Physical Therapy Aide or similar qualification
Experience
- Experience in a healthcare or customer service setting is a plus
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of therapeutic techniques
- Ability to operate basic medical equipment
Soft Skills
- Team player
- Strong organizational skills
Certifications
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Therapeutic exercise certification preferred
Languages
- English: Fluent
