Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide compassionate care to patients, manage treatment plans, and offer education and support to patients and their families. Your expertise will help us enhance the quality of care we provide.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to the individual needs of patients.
• Provide patient education regarding medication, health practices, and disease prevention.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and departments.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and medical regulations.

• Address patients' concerns and advocate for their needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Current RN license in Maryland

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a hospital environment preferred

• Patient Care Coordination

• Adaptability

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR): Familiarity with EHR systems for documentation and patient tracking.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish: Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish to assist diverse patient populations.
