Job Description
We are searching for a dedicated Crimping Press Operator who will set up and operate crimping presses to produce high-quality electronic components. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Adjust and calibrate crimping machines for diverse product specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency.
- Participate in regular training sessions on safety and new equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold health and safety standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production line.
Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
Technical Skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Familiarity with crimping equipment
