Job Description

As a Lathe and Turning Machine Tool Setter, you will play a crucial role in the production process by setting up and operating lathes to shape and cut materials with precision. Your expertise will ensure that we meet high-quality standards in our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate measurements and specifications when setting up machines.
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections on finished products.
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and conduct preventive maintenance.
  • Assist in training new operators on equipment and safety procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology is preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in machining or manufacturing environment.
