Job Description

As the Park Superintendent, you will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our parks and recreational areas, ensuring safety and enhancing the visitor experience. You will manage a dedicated team, coordinate events, and implement conservation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of a recreational facility.
• Ensure the park meets safety standards and enhances visitor experience.
• Develop partnerships with local organizations to promote park events.
• Monitor park conditions and implement necessary improvements.
• Drive community outreach initiatives to increase park involvement.
• Supervise maintenance crews and volunteers in daily tasks.
• Collect and analyze data on park usage and visitor feedback.
• Create schedules and manage workflows for park staff.
• Ensure proper training and certification for team members.
• Implement sustainable practices to protect natural resources.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Park Management or Environmental Science is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in park management or outdoor recreation roles
