Job Description

As a Coating, Painting, and Spraying Machine Setter, Operator, or Tender, you will be tasked with performing painting jobs on a variety of surfaces. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that every painting project meets our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the painting process from start to finish.
• Document color and finish specifications for future reference.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to achieve desired aesthetics.
• Adjust techniques based on surface types and environmental conditions.
• Test paints for quality and adhesion before large-scale application.
• Promote an ongoing commitment to safety and environmental standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding project progress.
• Engage in continuous training to improve painting skills.
• Evaluate and suggest improvements in workflow and processes.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project challenges and successes.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Painting Technology or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years experience in professional painting or coatings applications.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Spray Techniques

Certifications

• EPA Lead-Safe Certified

Languages
