Job Description

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to enhance our development and operational processes in Seattle. The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud computing, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies. You will play a crucial role in automating our software development processes and improving deployment speed.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to desktop and mobile devices.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of new devices.
  • Maintain an organized help desk ticketing system.
  • Prepare reports on IT support activities and performance metrics.
  • Engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of IT systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Certifications in ITIL or related frameworks are preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in desktop support or IT services
