Industrial Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to enhance our production efficiency at our Milwaukee facility. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills to optimize processes, reduce waste, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining product quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis for production delays.
• Develop metrics for monitoring operational performance.
• Collaborate with R&D to support product innovation.
• Train staff on new technologies and processes.
• Facilitate continuous improvement workshops.
• Evaluate and recommend equipment purchases.
• Assist with regulatory compliance audits.
• Define and implement process improvement plans.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines.
• Control and manage materials and inventory levels.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering or related areas
