Job Description

We are seeking a Chief Executive for our Agricultural Services division who will oversee operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead a dedicated team, managing the delivery of high-quality agricultural services while developing innovative solutions tailored to client needs. This position is pivotal for driving our mission to enhance sustainable agriculture and ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage all aspects of agricultural services operations.
  • Supervise the development and rollout of new agricultural programs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance client outreach and engagement.
  • Analyze market conditions to guide strategic planning.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure the team adheres to all health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare reports for the Board of Directors on performance metrics.
  • Facilitate training and development opportunities for staff.
  • Engage with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
  • Identify and leverage technological advancements in agriculture.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within agricultural services
