We are on the lookout for an experienced Individual Pension Adviser to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the trusted expert guiding clients through their pension plans and retirement options. This position entails assessing clients' financial situations and helping them make informed decisions to secure their futures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client financial data to provide informed recommendations.
• Assist clients in all aspects of pension planning and retirement strategies.
• Educate clients on the benefits and implications of different pension products.
• Build a robust network of clients through relationship management and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards in financial advising.
• Prepare reports detailing clients' pension accounts and investment performance.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Provide guidance on tax implications related to pension plans.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current in the field.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Master's degree in Financial Planning or a related field is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in retirement planning or pension advising.
