Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Framer to join our team. The Framer will be responsible for creating and implementing frames for various projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong attention to detail, solid knowledge of framing techniques, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute framing for both residential and commercial structures.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Utilize framing tools and machinery effectively, ensuring proper maintenance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades to facilitate smooth operations.
• Implement safety protocols on site to minimize risks.
• Assist in project scheduling and logistical planning.
• Train apprentices or new team members in best practices for framing.
• Document and report progress to the project manager regularly.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in carpentry or related field is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in framing or related field.
