Job Description

As a Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for parking and retrieving vehicles for our guests. This role demands strong attention to detail, top-notch customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and park guests' vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Provide outstanding hospitality by greeting guests and answering their inquiries.
• Ensure that parking areas are clean and well-organized.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and parking regulations.
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction.
• Monitor vehicle lot for unauthorized parking and report violations.
• Ensure proper documentation of vehicle condition before parking.
• Assist in training new parking attendants as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
