Job Description

As a Produce Inspector, you will ensure that all fruits and vegetables meet stringent quality and safety standards before they reach our customers. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of agricultural practices and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate fresh agricultural products to ensure they meet industry standards.
• Resolve quality and safety issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in regular training on food safety standards and industry regulations.
• Advance quality assurance initiatives within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Science-related field
• Certification in produce inspection is advantageous

Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience

• Microsoft Office Suite

Certifications

• USDA Certification in Produce Inspection

Languages
