We are seeking dedicated Agricultural Workers to join our team in Sacramento. You will be responsible for various farming tasks, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops. Ideal candidates will have experience in agriculture and a passion for sustainable farming practices.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain planting areas.
  • Assist with crop planning and season preparation.
  • Track and report on crop growth and yield effectiveness.
  • Take part in market preparation of harvested crops.
  • Help train new agricultural team members on best practices.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on farming equipment.
  • Assist in implementing eco-friendly farming methods.
  • Manage waste and recycling practices on the farm.
  • Engage with local community programs to promote sustainability.
  • Attend workshops for continuous improvement in agricultural methods.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree in Agriculture or related field (preferred)
  • Crop management Knowledgeable in sustainable crop production techniques.
  • Livestock care Experience in managing and caring for farm animals.
  • Machinery operation Familiarity with tractors and other farming equipment.
  • Strong work ethic Demonstrates reliability and commitment to farm productivity.
  • Teamwork Ability to collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
  • Communication Capable of sharing information and feedback effectively.
  • English (Fluent)

  • Ability to operate advanced farming machinery: Experience with state-of-the-art agricultural equipment.
