Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain planting areas.
  • Assist with crop planning and season preparation.
  • Track and report on crop growth and yield effectiveness.
  • Take part in market preparation of harvested crops.
  • Help train new agricultural team members on best practices.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on farming equipment.
  • Assist in implementing eco-friendly farming methods.
  • Manage waste and recycling practices on the farm.
  • Engage with local community programs to promote sustainability.
  • Attend workshops for continuous improvement in agricultural methods.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree in Agriculture or related field (preferred)
  • Crop management Knowledgeable in sustainable crop production techniques.
  • Livestock care Experience in managing and caring for farm animals.
  • Machinery operation Familiarity with tractors and other farming equipment.
  • Strong work ethic Demonstrates reliability and commitment to farm productivity.
  • Teamwork Ability to collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
  • Communication Capable of sharing information and feedback effectively.
  • English (Fluent)
