Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Granulator Operator to join our team in Los Angeles. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating granulating machinery and ensuring that the finished product meets the required quality standards. Attention to detail, technical skills, and a commitment to quality are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections of granulation equipment.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize processes.
• Document machine settings and batch production for traceability.
• Assist in training new operators on equipment and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Report any malfunctions or performance issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Formal training in manufacturing or plastics preferred

Experience

• 1+ years of experience operating granulating machinery in a manufacturing environment
