Swaging Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Swaging Machine Operator who will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of our machines. Your role will include monitoring output quality, performing routine maintenance, and collaborating with the production team to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust swaging machines to ensure accurate production.
• Read and interpret blueprints and production schedules to determine job requirements.
• Feed wire or tubing through the machine and adjust settings for proper shaping.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to verify specifications.
• Maintain and clean the swaging machine and surrounding work area regularly.
• Provide support for team members in machine operation and problem resolution.
• Document machine settings and production outputs for compliance.
• Participate in training sessions for new technologies and methods.
• Assist in inventory management of supplies and materials.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to the maintenance team promptly.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in swaging machine operations is preferred.
