Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team in Phoenix. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children, implementing educational activities, and engaging with parents to support each child's development.

Responsibilities

• Implement daily schedules to ensure structure.
• Coordinate with parents regarding children's needs.
• Participate in training and development sessions.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
• Address any behavioral issues with care and professionalism.
• Keep track of supplies and report necessities.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Bachelor's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in childcare settings

Technical Skills

• Behavioral Management
• Activity Planning

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Teamwork

Certifications

• CPR and First Aid Certification
• Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of early childhood education standards: Understanding of local and national childcare regulations.
