Machines Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Machines Technician to maintain and repair various industrial machines. Your role will be crucial in ensuring operational efficiency and safety in our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mechanical systems to optimize performance.
• Conduct electronic diagnostics to identify faults.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.
• Ensure tools and equipment are stored and maintained properly.
• Evaluate machine efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Participate in maintenance scheduling and inventory control.
• Help develop safety protocols for machine operation.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Manufacturing Technology or equivalent preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance roles

Technical Skills

• CNC Programming
• Welding and Fabrication

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Time management

Certifications

• Forklift Operator Certification
• Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with 3D Printing Technology: Knowledge of additive manufacturing processes for prototyping.
• Training Experience: Experience in training operators or maintenance staff on equipment.
