Responsibilities

• Collaborate on fabric testing and quality assessments.
• Develop process documentation for training purposes.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of production budgets.
• Coordinate with marketing for product launches.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in Fashion Design or related field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in textile and apparel production

Technical Skills

• Pattern making and garment construction
• Computer-aided design (CAD) software proficiency

Soft Skills

• Creative thinking
• Effective communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of fashion trends and market demands: Insight into current trends and ability to predict future market needs.
• Experience with inventory management systems: Familiarity with software tools for managing production inventory.
