Job Description

We are seeking motivated Machine Feeders and Offbearers responsible for packing and labeling mats. The ideal candidate will ensure quality standards are met while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that packed mats align with quality control requirements.
• Utilize packing machinery and tools safely and effectively.
• Report any machine malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
• Assist in training new employees on packing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
• Contribute to team efforts to meet daily production targets.
• Document packing information accurately for inventory management.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Experience

• No prior experience required, but relevant experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Basic Machinery Operation
• Inventory Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to work flexible hours: Willingness to work overtime or on weekends as needed.
• Prior experience in inventory management: Experience with tracking and organizing inventory levels.
