Job Description

We are looking for an Environmental Quality Specialist to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and implementing environmental policies and programs that ensure compliance with all regulations. You will conduct assessments, monitor environmental impact, and collaborate with various departments to promote sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects focused on brownfield redevelopment safety assessments.
• Implement waste reduction strategies and sustainable resource management.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings to discuss environmental initiatives.
• Update and maintain the environment management system documentation.
• Analyze and report on environmental incident investigations.
• Facilitate employee engagement in environmental programs and initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Master's degree in Sustainability or Environmental Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in environmental management

Technical Skills

• Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
• Sustainability Reporting

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional (AP)
• Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
