Job Description

As a Telecommunications Line Installer and Repairer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing communication lines for residential and commercial clients. This role requires hands-on technical expertise and the ability to work in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair telecommunication line equipment.
• Participate in the planning and execution of fiber optic and copper installations.
• Work with diverse teams to deliver high-quality solutions for clients.
• Perform maintenance checks on existing installations.
• Document all work completed for future reference.
• Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies.
• Assist in inventory management of tools and materials.
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction post-installation.

Requirements

Education

• Technical Certificate in Telecommunications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in relevant technical fields

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages
